The Handover Ceremony Was Held For Osh Hospital Project of China-aid In Kyrgyzstan Undertaken By TIEC

On April 22, the handover ceremony was held for Osh Hospital Project of China-aid In Kyrgyzstan undertaken by TIEC. Sooronbay Sharipovich Jeenbekov, the President of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, and Du Dewen, the Chinese Ambassador of China to Kyrgyzstan, cut the ribbon for the project. Over 200 representatives from the Counselor of the Chinese Economic and Commercial Office in Kyrgyzstan, the Chinese General Consul in Osh, the Ministryies of Economic Affairs, Health, Foreign Affairs, Housing and Construction, and the Office of the President attended the handover ceremony.
In his speech, President Sooronbay Sharipovich Jeenbekov mentioned that Osh Hospital is the largest, most modern and most automated large-scale general hospital in southern Kyrgyzstan. The completion of the hospital will greatly improve the health of the people of Kyrgyzstan. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Chinese government and the builders who have worked hard on the construction of the hospital.
The Ambassador Du Dewen said in her speech that Osh Hospital is the largest China-aid project implemented by the Chinese government in the country. It plays an important role in solving problems of weak medical foundation and backward facilities in the southern part of the country, and fully reflects the good friendship between Kyrgyzstan people and Chinese people. She said that with the in-depth development of China-Kyrgyzstan strategic partnership and the further advancement of the Silk Road economic belt strategy, more large projects will surely take root and blossom in the southern part of the country to benefit the people of the country.It is reported that Osh Hospital, built by the Chinese government, is located in Osh City, south of the country. The hospital covers an area of 25,000 square meters, with a construction area of 12,500 square meters, 150 beds, and a daily outpatient volume of about 200. The project was undertaken by TIEC. The completion and operation of the project will play an active role in improving the local medical conditions and medical standards. The government of the country and all sectors of the society gave high praise to China's selfless assistance and expressed sincere gratitude.
